We have a pool of reliable subcontractors that we have cultivated over the last 30 years that have guaranteed an acceptable response time to address any needed services.  Hansen also has its own pool of in-house carpenters to meet your needs.

Maintenance

Hansen HomeCare will provide any maintenance service necessary to maintain your home from landscaping and snowplowing to servicing mechanical systems.  We are happy to change light bulbs or take on a large project.  Our intent is to handle all your maintenance needs so you only have to make one call.

Preventive Maintenance Contracts

It is our belief that regular maintenance to homes is critical to extend the life and value of your home.  Hansen HomeCare will provide homeowners with preventive service contracts tailored to your specific home.  HomeCare staff will do a walkthrough of your home and make our recommendations of items that should be addressed quarterly, semiannually or annually.

Construction Projects

As a division of Hansen Construction, Inc., Hansen HomeCare has the experience and crews to address any construction needs from building a cabinet in your home to building an additional structure on your property.  All work will be done with the same reliability, workmanship and accountability that have been provided by Hansen Construction over the last 30 years.
