After 30 years of building homes in the Roaring Fork Valley and understanding the necessity of preventive maintenance, we have created a division of Hansen Construction, Inc., Hansen HomeCare.  It is our belief that regular maintenance for homes to prevent unnecessary deterioration and repair costs is critical to extend the life and value of your home.  Hansen HomeCare will provide homeowners with complete home maintenance services including preventive service contracts, as well as, general maintenance and repair services throughout the year.  We have established a great pool of subcontractors for our new endeavor that understand the importance of acceptable response time and they have agreed to meet that need.  In addition to maintaining the systems in your home, Hansen HomeCare will also provide contracting services for small construction projects whether it is replacing your roof, repairing a cabinet, or building additional structures on your property.  We have been providing this service for many of the homes we have built in the valley and look forward to providing this service for other homeowners.

Hansen HomeCare will work on an "on call" basis or establish a checklist of items that need to be regularly maintained that is tailored to your specific home.  Upon request, we are happy to do a walk-through of your home and provide for you a list of items that should be addressed either quarterly, semiannually or annually.  Our intent is to make it easy for you by providing all services necessary to maintain or improve your home.
